2. What happens after I place an order?
Once your order is received an email is sent to you with the status of the order which you can also check by logging into your account.
After your order is processed, a subscription activation email is sent to you if your order requires recurring payments.
Copy and paste the link in the email to activate your subscription.
Your account is automatically billed at the beginning of every month.

3. How do I cancel my service?
You can either log into your PAYPAL account and cancel your subscription or open a support ticket for the admin department and indicate you want to cancel your service.

4. Is call forwarding to mobile phones supported with the Virtual Nigeria number call forwarding plans?
Call forwarding to mobile phones is only supported for US and Canada mobile phones. Only land line numbers are supported in the other locations.

5. What is the shipping cost?
The "shipping cost" is the setup cost for the particular product being purchased. It is added to the monthly cost at time of purchase.
The monthly cost is then automatically billed every month thereafter once you activate the subscription.

6. How do I install the xlite phone software?
For those customers who use the phone software (virtual numbers without call forwarding or unlimited calling -regular)

7. How do I view my call logs?
You can view your call logs by clicking "My Account" at the top right hand corner of the page and then clicking "View your CALL LOGS" in the "My Activities" section or just click this link

8. How do I open a support ticket?
You can open a support ticket by going to http://support.callnigeriaonline.com. In order to receive faster support:
- make sure you are logged in
- you specify the particular order you require support on
- and direct your request to the particular department.

Just dial [b]voicemail[/b] from the phone software. Alternatively if you are using the xlite software you can click the envelope which signifies you have a new voicemail and it automatically dials the voicemail server
You are then asked to enter your PIN number. The default pin number is 1234 and can be changed.
