Right Click on the software,click "SIP Account Settings" and then Click "Add"

| Display Name: | Enter your username in this field (sent when your order was processed) |

| Authentication User: | Enter your username |
 |
| Password: | Enter your SIP Password here. Your SIP password was sent in the welcome e-mail when your order was processed |

| Domain: | Enter "phone.callnigeriaonline.com" in this field |
 |
| SIP Proxy: | Enter "phone.callnigeriaonline.com" in this field |
 |
| Domain Proxy: | Ensure "Register with domain and receive incoming calls" is checked |
 |
| Send outbound via Proxy: | Enter "phone.callnigeriaonline.com" in the Address field |

STEP 3

Check that the "Voicemail" tab looks like the picture below. and enter "sip:*97@phone.callnigeriaonline.com" in the "Number to dail for checking voicemail"

STEP 4

Check that the "Topology" tab looks like the picture below. i.e. Use specified server is set to stun.counterpath.net

Check that the "Presence" and "Default" tab looks like the picture below.

After filling in the information as shown above, click Apply and then OK to close the window button.

STEP 8

On the main screen you should now see you are logged in. If the screen does not
show you are logged in, please verify that your internet connection is working on the computer, and
re-verify the settings you entered.

That's it! You can now make a phone call or receive calls on your virtual number.
